There are a number of other avenues where you can give us your ideas and thoughts:

1. Team IDEAL Coordinator. Contact Dorothy Pearrow, hcavazos@utmb.edu. She can directly implement some of your suggestions, and take others to the Team IDEAL Workgroup for consideration.

2. Student Representatives. Contact one of the students on the Team IDEAL Board. Their role is to provide the Team IDEAL Workgroup and Board feedback regarding your suggestions and concerns. The student representatives are:

3. Team IDEAL Workgroup. Attend one of the Team IDEAL Workgroup meetings on Wednesdays at 9:00 am in 4.222. The members Henry Cavazos, Rodger Marion, Jon Nilsestuen, Dorothy Pearrow, and Gretchen Stone, are reviewing the goals and specific activities and procedures of Team IDEAL. Please contact hcavazos@utmb.edu to be placed on the agenda. If you cannot make the Wednesday morning at 9:00, email hcavazos@utmb.edu and she will arrange another time for you to meet with the IDEAL Workgroup. You can also contact any individual member of the Team IDEAL Workgroup.

4. Team IDEAL Board. The Board meets at 12:00 noon on the first Wednesday of every month in Room 4.202A. The Board, which consists of the Departmental Chairs, selected faculty, the student representatives and the Team IDEAL Coordinator, gives direction to the work of the Team IDEAL Workgroup and approves the broad policy and procedures for Team IDEAL.
